Babysitter Needed For 3 Kids

I'm looking for a babysitter for three kids (8, 5, 3) they are homeschooled so you would have them during the school year too. Here's what I need: I work a split shift so 2 days a week it will be from about 6a-3 p.m. and 2 days it will be only 1pm-4:30 p.m. and actually every 3rd week it would only be 2 days a week cause I work a rotating schedule! On Fridays the older 2 are enrolled at a tutorial and will need someone to bring them and/or pick them up on the Fridays I have to work. I will provide all car seats and gas money. Pay is negotiable! My house or yours! Non Smoker and please have some references. Thank you!!
