Must have several years of experience with young babies and toddlers. Must be comfortable and able to: - hold baby, know how to support his head, etc. - make a bottle with formula - feed baby a bottle - burp baby due to reflux - change diapers and clothes - put baby to sleep - understand/know and follow wake windows and nap times - interact with baby by talking to him, helping him learn things like rolling, grabbing items, etc. tummy time, taking him outside and on walks, and different activities that help stimulate his growth/development .
