Recurring Child Care

We have a 3-month-old girl named V. I am a work from home Network Engineer. My wife (Delia) is a nurse and just started going back to work doing 12-hour shifts. She works every other Fri-Sun, we have no family to help. We would like to have someone come over and help with childcare and/or assist with light help in the house kitchen, floors etc. during those days at variable times. Times during those days can be negotiated or consistent. Regardless of those days we would like to build rapport with someone to have on standby should we want to go out for date night etc.
