Full Time Nanny, 1 Child, Flexible Hours

My wife and I live in Nashville with our 20-month-old daughter and small dog Molly. We live in a single family home. Our current nanny is leaving in May, and we are in need of someone new. My wife and I both work outside the home. We need someone Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend hours. We would guarantee a set numbers of paid hours per week. Typically, your day starts at 7:45 a. m, and one of us is home by 6 p.m. Often times, I am home by early afternoon so it's a shorter day. Our daughter LOVES to play outside and go on walks. She takes one afternoon nap. We live next to several lovely parks, play grounds, and coffee shops.
