Nanny For 2 Sweet Boys!!

Hi! We are looking for someone to be our nanny. We have 2 boys, G and J. G is 5 years old and is a non speaker on the spectrum. J is 2. 5 and full of energy! Both boys are incredibly sweet and a fun time. We are looking for someone with special needs experience and who has patience. Because there is a communication barrier with G, we want to make sure someone is prepared for the job. Also looking for someone to do light housekeeping to lighten the load around the house. Serious inquiries only. Making sure you are engaging with the boys and that they feel like you are paying attention to them is important to us. G needs a lot of patience. We don't always know what he asking for so a lot of the time we have to become "detectives" to determine what exactly he is wanting. There is also potential for more hours.
