Looking For A Nanny Share

We need a nanny for our 1 child in Nashville. And we're looking now! We are needing to find a nanny share because both my husband and I need the house quiet during work hours. He records music and I am a counselor who works for home via Telehealth often. We would need the location to be at someone else's house and we are open to doing a nanny share with up to two kiddos. We are up-to-date on all our vaccines and our daughter's health is very important to us. We are taking her out of daycare because she gets sick often (which is common), however, every time she gets sick it goes straight to her lungs. We are looking for a nanny that focuses on child-led activities but also has some structure. Ideally, I am looking for a nanny share situation in the East Nashville area.
