Open-minded, Outdoorsy, Patient Person To Hang Out With Cool Autistic Kid

Looking for an extremely patient, open minded, outdoorsy person to hang out with my son who is unschooled. He's 7, autistic and currently being "unschooled" during the day. He's completely independent and speaking. He's pretty resistant to the idea of a person coming to watch him, so this position might just look like minimal interaction with him at first until he's warmed up to you. He can be pretty feisty, this is definitely not a position for someone easily offended or who may get into a power struggle. He's actually incredibly sensitive, caring and fiercely loyal and loving once you get to know him. Also, he pretty much lives for all things outdoors- bugs, snakes, lizards, animals, mud pies, etc. Must be willing to get dirty and hang out outside. We'd really love to expand this position eventually and have more hours and responsibilities. If you're flexible and willing to do some errands/help with our business when needed that would be ideal.
