Babysitter Needed For 4 Yr Old Child In Nashville

Hi There! I'm seeking a babysitter near Nashville for 1 child. I'm looking for a sitter who can be available occasionally a few nights/month for social outings. Please be comfortable with pets, as I have one dog. My son is 4, and loves to play! I am a single mother, who doesn't really have the ability to get out often at night - so I'm needing some help to re-establish my social life. My son is potty trained, and very communicative about his needs. I need a sitter who can exercise extreme patience & discipline. No yelling, or hitting occurs in this house hold. I'm looking for a caretaker, and a nurturer. Someone who can talk him through his issues, rather than just punish or yell. Looking for authenticity and genuine care!
