Weekday Nanny For Two Babies - In Nashville

I am looking for weekly nanny care for two babies this coming December; the exact start date is flexible, but we are potentially looking at the first week of that month. The babies will be one 7-month-old and one 4-month-old. The characteristics I'm looking for in a nanny are extensive experience with newborns, a caring nature, honesty, cleanliness, reliability, and light-heartedness. My biggest hope is that this individual will become someone our family feels safe with (and vice versa!) and who genuinely loves and feels competent with babies.
