FT Nanny Needed For Growing Family

Seeking a FT nanny, guaranteed 40 hours/week, hopefully for long term employment with our growing family. We are a husband and wife with our 10-month-old and we have another on the way (due in July). Ideally we're looking for someone with early childhood experience for a typically 8-4 FT position, some nights we do like to swap out a day for an evening date night. Would also love it if the nanny was open to overtime and travel (paid in addition to regular compensation).
