Nanny Needed For 6 Month Old Boy

Hi! Just moved to Nashville & looking for someone to watch our 6-month-old boy (Axl) while I work from home. We had a nanny we loved in Charleston and looking for something similar: Needs: Childcare for 4-5x a week for 4-8 hrs. at a time during the day with date night one day per week. Tasks include keeping baby stimulated during his wake windows (reading, developmental activities, etc) getting him to sleep and doing baby-related housework (washing bottles, baby laundry, picking up toys, etc.) During those days, l'd likely be home and start venturing outside of the house for calls/meetings once we all get comfy with eachother. Wants: Someone with a flexible schedule! Who fits seamlessly into our daily lives. Would also love someone who has early childhood education experience or any other childcare/teaching experience. CPR certified. Also someone who would be ok around a small dog. Also, I love the Montessori techniques if anyone is versed it that!
