Looking For Family Assistant (Occasional Childcare Needed For School Breaks)

My husband and I work full time and I'm in grad school. We have two boys (12 and 9) and are just looking for some extra help! We do need occasional childcare so that would be a plus, but I am firstly looking for help with personal tasks. This could range from admin work, email management, returning items, sending packages, organizing, cleaning out the car, grocery shopping, washing bedding, school pick up, calendar management, etc. I am open to setting a schedule if that is helpful, but this would be varied and somewhat random work within those hours. Looking for someone organized, experienced, flexible, and reliable to assist this busy family. I would like to start out with a few hours per week until I figure out how much help I can use. Will pay $25/hr for the right person.
