House Manager And Nanny Needed For 6 And 8 Year Old Boys And A Busy Family

We are looking for a full-time member of the team to support house management duties (grocery shopping, meal prep, light housework, family laundry) and childcare (school pick up, homework help, activities coordination and shuttling and emotional support.). The prescribed hours are 36 hours per week. We will compensate at $25/hour for 40 hours a week, guaranteed for 52 weeks a year ($52K / year) and expect 16 flexible hours per month for overnight care if / when both parents are traveling and / or we need extra help if one of the kids needs to be home from school or go to a doctor's appointment outside normal working hours. We highly value flexibility as our schedule varies week to week and we are looking for someone who can bend with us as those circumstances come up.
