Babysitter/House Helper Needed- VERY Flexible On Days/times/hours!

I am looking for a somewhat regular babysitter/ house helper that can help us out maybe once a week. We both work full-time and occasionally need help with our 2 boys. I also would love help with errands/laundry/meal prep occasionally, but this would not be done while also watching kids (more when they are at school) I travel for work so on those days it would be helpful to have someone that can pop by in the afternoon for a few hours. We are very flexible on days and frequency- ideally, I just want a couple people I can rely on to babysit and help out (sometimes last minute, and we understand if you aren't available) Maybe someone in college looking for extra money? I was a nanny full-time for years so I think I am reasonable with expectations and our boys are fun and adorable, in my opinion :) Thank you!
