Part Time Help + Open Availability

Looking for day time help for my 9-month-old daughter and 3 year daughter on Tuesdays during the day so I can schedule appointments, get things done around the house or get out of the house once a week. Ideally we'd love someone with decently open availability to help in a pinch if needed. Additionally, we would love to hire someone with weekend/evening date night availability (about every other week- can provide schedule in advance and work around things if needed). Our three older children may be present for these occasions and additional pay will be provided if so. Upon building trust, we'd like to have someone comfortable with overnights in the future. I am most likely looking to hire two babysitters for this position. Look forward to hearing from you all. We're an artistically driven family with a lot of moving parts. We're typically very busy, but love to have fun. Flexible, loving and understanding are the three words I'd use to describe our family. 9-month-old daughter: a very easy going baby who loves to be held and cuddled. 3-year-old daughter: a sweet little soul, super funny. Loves babies and Barbie's, will sing for you. 8-year-old son: our more energetic child, super creative and fun loving. Natural salesmen and loves gravity falls, Minecraft and pokemon. 10-year-old daughter: always wanting to help with her sisters, gets super attached to our sitters. She's a girls girl through and through. 12-year-old son: keeps to himself, loves legos and video games super kind. Willing to help when asked. Baby may take longer to warm up than the other children. They may need help with homework on week nights (2nd and 4th grade level). I'm looking for someone who is CPR and first aid certified with experience handling many children at the same time. Those with healthcare or psychological experience would be an added bonus! We have a medium size 12-year-old dog named Paxton. He is very low maintenance and the sweetest dog you will ever meet.
