We are seeking a compassionate and experienced nanny to care for our 5-year-old autistic child. The ideal candidate will have a background in childcare, with a strong understanding of autism and experience in working with children with special needs. Responsibilities include providing a safe, nurturing environment, engaging in developmentally appropriate activities, assisting with daily routines, and facilitating communication and social skills. Patience, flexibility, and creativity are essential. Experience with behavioral therapy techniques (e. g., ABA) is a plus but not required. Requirements: - Previous experience with special needs children, particularly autism - Ability to remain calm and adaptable in challenging situations - Strong communication skills - CPR and First Aid certifications preferred
