We have an 8-week-old baby so would love someone that has experience with newborns. Dad works from home and owns a few businesses so he is likely to be in and out all day. We have 3 large dogs, so would need someone comfortable with them. Right now baby is following moms on call schedule and wakes at 7 a.m. to eat, has multiple naps per day, and goes to bed at 730pm
