Afternoon/Early Evening Help For 3 Under 3 Family

Position this fall (October-November through the academic year) to help our family as we transition to being a family of 5! Baby will be here mid Nov. and with no local family we're looking for someone to be extra hands- particularly given dad's demanding job as a surgeon. Ideally looking for someone who is often available during the late afternoon/early evening (some portion of the 2-7ish time frame)- especially on nights where dad doesn't make it home/one of the kids is sick. We've had help fall through, so rather than just do it touch and go, we'd like someone to commit to our family- though we'll have tons of flexibility with that person! I'm at home full time so you'll never have all 3 and I'll use the time you're here to accomplish things both in and out of the house! Pay negotiable based on experience.
