Nanny For 4mo Old In East Nashville (24hrs/week)

We're looking to welcome a nanny into our home starting mid-August. Primary care is for our soon-to-be 4-month-old. So far she's a very chill baby! Nanny would be responsible for taking her on walks/getting outdoor time, bottle feeding and solids once she's old enough. We want this person to engage with her and provide age-appropriate experiences and activities. A couple more things! It would be AWESOME if our nanny could also watch our 3-year-old for the last hour of the day when she's out of daycare. Pay would be adjusted for this time. Another ideal scenario: We'd love to be a part of a nanny share, where there would be 2 kids vs. just our baby. Again, pay would be adjusted accordingly. In short: We know we need care for our baby. There may also be a scenario where another child is added.
