Part-time Nanny/Assistant Job

I'm a homeschooling mom to five children who range in ages 5-13. I need assistance with childcare, homeschooling, and homekeeping tasks. I'm looking for someone who is energetic and motivated, who doesnt always need to be told exactly what to do, but instead can identify needs and jump in quickly to meet them. The morning hours will be spent helping me with on one-on-one homeschool work with the children, while the afternoons are more group time together, free play, rest time, read aloud. The home keeping tasks I have in mind are switch laundry out of the washer to the dryer, helping with meal prep, and helping keep the children on task and accomplishing their chores. Our family loves to be outside and we have a (fenced) pool. You would be spending many of the hours here outside.
