Nanny Needed For My Child In Murfreesboro.

I was hoping to have a nanny that is available to take care of my 5-month-old baby girl Monday through Friday from about 8am-5 p.m. I would not need the nanny every day as my schedule is variable from week to week (I frequently have random weekdays off) so I would need a nanny who is comfortable with not having a regular schedule however I can definitely provide a tentative one 3 months at a time. I can guarantee our nanny a certain amount of hours a week if that's easier too. I was also hoping our nanny could help with light housework and some meal preparation if time allows.
