Hybrid Role: Housekeeper/Nanny Needed

We're a warm, busy family seeking a reliable, energetic Family Helper for our four children (4-year-old, 2. 5-year-old, and 1-year-old twins). You'll never be alone with all four kids; one parent works from home while the other is a full-time caregiver, so you'll typically care for two at a time. Our active home needs someone who can go with the flow and stay upbeat when busy. Role: supervise and play fun, age-appropriate activities; assist with diaper changes, meals, and routines; handle light chores during naps (dishes, laundry, tidying, vacuuming); and occasionally drive the kids in our family vehicle. Who were looking for: someone experienced with multiple children, excellent communicator, nurturing, creative, and dependable; comfortable with big dogs and driving our children when needed.
