Full Time Nanny For Twins

We will be needing a nanny to help take care of our b/g twins. They will be 1 years old in February. They love to play and will definitely keep you on your toes. I work part time in office and at home and my husband is a photographer. We are looking for someone that is honest, dependable, and patient. The hours are flexible and subject to change based on my husband's jobs. If you're able to work nights (bedtime routine) sometimes, it helps but isn't a deal breaker. We also have a medium dog who loves cuddles. We would love to have someone long term!
