I work from home, but I'm a very hands on parent. However, currently in need of additional support throughout the day. Searching for a caring and experienced babysitter to provide exceptional care for my daughters, ages 5 and 4 and infant (less than a year old) I need assistance typically 3 or 5 days out the week. Occasionally weekends. Day pay $84. 00 + tip Responsibilities: 1. Safe and Nurturing Environment: Create a loving, safe, and stimulating environment. 2. Engaging Activities: Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities, such as arts and crafts, games, storytelling, and outdoor adventures, to promote their growth and development (I will pay for the activities). 3. Learning Support: Encourage learning through play and assist with preschool-level educational activities.
