Able to do cleaning and garden chores (cat litter box, dishes, sweep, vacuum, mop, weed & water vegetable garden, etc.). Adhere to my way of raising the child- no tv, no staring at cell phone (unless FaceTiming family), no spanking, etc.). Bilingual English and Vietnamese is a plus but not required.
