Full Time Nanny

Its very important in my household to maintain honesty as well as raise my children with a sense of independence. My oldest absolutely loves anything spider man, dinosaurs, and bikes. He moves 100 miles a minute and loves playing with toys. My oldest is incredibly smart. He needs someone to keep him stimulated as well as someone that won't let him smart off. My youngest is just now beginning to crawl. I need an individual that will be on time, if not a few minutes early, with their own reliable transportation. there is no public transportation near my home.
