Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Madison, February-July

We're looking for a dedicated and reliable nanny to help watch our 15-month-old daughter while mom or dad work from home. We are an approachable, down to earth, kind couple who sees the ideal candidate as an extension of our family unit. Your only job is to care for and love our kid, so we wouldn't ever expect any additional household work or tasks above and beyond that. Mom was a nanny in college so she totally understands both sides of the equation now! We would be in the home and available periodically throughout the day. Ultimately we would like to work with someone who models empathy, encourages exploration, and cares for our daughter and family.
