Long Term, Consistent Nanny Needed For In Home Care For 6 Month Old Baby Boy

My husband and I are looking for a nurturing nanny that can be available to care for (what will be) our 6-month-old baby boy. We both work from home and will be available for questions throughout the day. We are looking for someone who is consistent and reliable and will take this job very seriously. During wake hours, we expect play and work that will help him reach his developmental milestones (tummy time, reading to him, etc). There is a decent amount of down time during his naps, which all we ask for in terms of housekeeping is bottle washing, eventually highchair clean up (once solid food has been introduced) and some occasional baby laundry folding. We would love for this person to become part of our family and hopefully work out for the long haul since our baby will not be going to school for quite a while.
