We will deduct & pay taxes and no cat allergies - non-negotiable. My 10-year-old son has had a number of behavioral issues and has diagnoses of DMDD+ASD. He is doing better and, while rare now, his behavior has included violence. I will give you his full history to see if it is a good fit. Strong preference for someone who likes video games and cooking and can swim and bike. Extra hours by mutual agreement. May ask for help with transportation and taking a child to appointments needed. Draft detailed guidelines and contract upon request. Sick days included. We can work with you if you will work with us. He's an awesome kid! Extremely bright, loves video games & art & cooking.
