My husband and I are both architects who care a lot about our home. I work from home full time, and he works from home part-time. Our daughter is 9 months old and very active. She is ahead on most developmental milestones and ready to walk! We are looking for someone interested in building a curriculum of care for her that matches her individual progress. She loves playing outside, listening to music, and babbling! We are doing baby-led weaning with a majority of table/finger foods with breastfeeding - our daughter refuses to drink from a bottle but will take a sippy cup. We are also very interested in respectful parenting and prefer that a caregiver slow down and connect with our daughter when she is upset. We are looking for someone who is organized and can help manage our home and build a routine.
