My son loves to draw, read, and build. His day is focused around routine and structure. It helps him remain centered. The evenings flow from dinner, to bath, to bed. He goes to bed early because he has trouble slowing down during the day he needs the rest. But, once he's down he sleeps like a rock. He's a sweet kid just just loves to play.
