Nanny Needed For My Children In Knoxville.

Hi, I am looking for someone to be active with my kiddos, especially outoor activities, and of course in my home. I am very busy and need a take charge Nanny/Sitter. Past Nannys and sitters were lazy, and not discipling with some methods I require, nor any other disciplines they said they use, and my kids are getting more and more disobediant. I am open to disciplines that you use if they make sense for the situations. I do have at least 3 methods that I want to be used.
