Baby is 10 months old and would love someone who could come provide care in our home while I work so I don't need to pump. No specific care that child needs. Parenting approach is based in Montessori philosophies and our older child goes to Montessori school. Mornings are usually playtime from wake up until around 9:30 or 10:30 then nap until 11:30 or 12. Lunchtime from 12-12:30 then play or outside time from 12:30-1:30. I would take over at that point! Nurses about every two to three hours or so.
