We have a 7-month-old girl and will need help all day on Wednesdays (somewhere around 9-5). She is a generally happy and very active baby. We are looking for something that could be a long term arrangement. We have a dog and two cats in the home. Dad works from home in office in basement, would be available for emergencies but otherwise not involved during day. Mom works close by.
