About the job
The first one would be needed from 7 a.m. when we leave for work until 1-2 p.m. when the second nanny would take over. Nanny 1 would primarily be watching our 10-month-old son but additional responsibilities would be helping around the house with cleaning and occasionally meal prep. Housework would be things like laundry, dishes, vacuuming, changing sheets on the beds, etc. and would be written down on a mutual list so both nannies can see what the other one has done to coordinate. The second nanny would be needed from about 1-2 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. Nanny 2 would watch our 10-month-old but also our 6y/o son and 9y/o daughter when they get home from elementary school around 3 p.m. Responsibilities would be doing homework (only the 9y/o at this point) and starting dinner. Help with housework as above would be amazing.
