I work a very flexible job as a gardener and am looking for someone to potentially start in January for 3-4 days a week. I can adjust my schedule to your needs. We are fairly laid back and appreciate anyone who can go with the flow with the kids:) We practice gentle parenting, limit screen time to once a day, and appreciate a Montessori style approach to play. Our kids love being outside, dressing up, reading books, and dancing (particularly to Chappell Roan).
