After-School Nanny

We need a babysitter for our 3 children in Knoxville. And we're looking now! Light Housekeeping: Tidy up daily. Pick-up or Drop-off: Take kids to practices. Homework help: Help boys as needed. Laundry: Help keep laundry moving; supervise boys' putting clothes away. Meal Preparation: Start/make dinner daily. Errands / groceries: Pick up groceries and put away. Comfortable With Pets: Have one dog. About the child(ren): 3 busy and sweet boys. High-schooler, middle-schooler, and elementary-schooler. I am looking for a person who can be a light in my kids' lives who can greet them when they get off the bus, make sure they have a healthy snack, help them with anything they need getting schoolwork going. Bonus points if you can cook dinner before I get home from work, but that is not required. We could use help with homework or curriculum assistance.
