I would need someone to be at our home by 8:30 a.m. T-F. The usual time someone could be home by is about 5:30 p.m. I would like someone who can make my kids breakfast, snacks & lunches. Clean up after the kids during the day (dishes & toys). My kids are very active. They would love park days, activities or time outside. We do very LITTLE screen time. So we would need someone who respects this important aspect of our daily lives.
