Nanny Needed For My Children In Knoxville.

I'm pregnant right now with my first child, I have no specific needs known at this time. I'm just trying to see if me still working can be an option with the help of a nanny. The day wound most likely start at 7-730 and last until 5-6. I work 7:30-5 M-thu and 7:30-12 on Fridays at a primary care office. My husband works at an urgent care and his schedule varies, and works 12hr shifts 8am-8 p.m. during the week. We have 3 dogs, and some light housekeeping would be much appreciated with dishes, laundry, straightening up, and sweeping. We have a two-bedroom two bath house, and a furnished basement. We have a fenced in backyard, so you would not be required to walk any of the dogs.
