Nanny Needed For My Children

We are interested in finding a babysitter for our child who is 2. 5 years old and have 2 large dogs who are very friendly, but loud when you first meet them! We are hoping to find someone for 2 days a week, for around 6-7 hours each day. The start time would range from 7:30-10:45 a.m. and would end around 3:30 p.m. or a little before. We live in a very safe neighborhood in a great part of town. Safety is not a concern for our location thankfully. We are extremely flexible and my son is very easy. The only thing my family expects is for the babysitter to take pride in what they are doing by doing it well while being an effective communicator.
