In-Home Nanny For Newborn

Looking to set up childcare interviews for in-home nanny while my husband works from home while I am in medical school. My husband is an engineer and has some flexibility with his schedule, but he must travel for work occasionally. I will be a second year pediatrics medical student this fall and beginning rotations at the start of 2026. Looking for something to be set up by February of 2026 for sure, but interested in exploring our options now and would be willing to start as early as 6 weeks old when I return to finish the semester in November 2025. Because my schedule varies with school and my husband's with work, we are hoping for someone to be able to come help out with our baby girl (due date is mid September) for 3-4 days a week from 9/10 a.m. to 3/4 p.m. and those hours may vary some as well. If it works well, could be permanent.
