Looking for a caring, loving individual to nanny our 7-month-old. My husband and I both work a hybrid schedule, i.e. a few days in the office and a few days work from home so there is flexibility in the start and stop on some days. Our daughter has been at daycare the last 4 months but for varying reasons are wanting to switch gears and try at-home care (mainly for consistency) and to better align with our schedules.
