About the job
This job entails loving and caring for 3 little ones. Therefore, it requires quite a bit of energy. We like our kids to play outside as much as possible and limit screen time. (We really only allow TV if someone is sick or its raining). We prefer someone who is a Christ follower and will reinforce what we are already teaching our kids. It is important that the schedules we've put in place are followed as our kiddos thrive on routine. We won't ever ask that you clean up after us, but we do expect if you to clean up after yourself and teach the kids to clean up after themselves as well. (Ex: If you get something out, put it away how you found it when finished. If you use a pan, wash it and put it away afterward.) Bonus points if you speak Spanish and can help teach the littles.
