About the job
I'm currently investigating medical transportation home from full-time daily ABA therapy for son. My daughter would need to be picked up at her bus stop. I work both from home and from my office in Murfreesboro on a flexible schedule, so I will need childcare assistance until either 6:00 or 7:00 p.m. on weekdays. My daughter is very self-sufficient, as well as a valuable asset in caring for my son. Her care would only require keeping her engaged and happy (playing outside and active games encouraged!). For my little dude, the ideal caregiver would have specialized training in autism care. My son is pure sunshine (no meltdowns or overload). He is happy and content, but his care and safety should be paramount at all times. He is an elopement risk and it can take some time to come to mutual understanding for communication.
