We don't have any specific child care needs but we would like for the nanny to work with baby with developmental activities like rolling over, and not just laying on her back so to prevent a flat head. Ideal day would be to start at 7 a.m. still I work 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tues through Thurs and rotating Mondays would be start at 7 a.m. one Monday and the next start at 8 a.m. The shift would end once the father gets home. Usually around 430 p.m.
