Part-time Nanny For 2 Year Old Boy Work From Home Parent Present

We have a very bright, playful, and active 2-year-old. My husband works from home, but he needs someone who can watch and care for our son while he works. He can be available when help is needed, but we needs someone who can really engage our son while my husband works. Kindness and fun are important to use bus also learning. Stevie loves to read. He also loves to be outside. Our son loves music. He loves to listen to cds and records. He also enjoys the piano and drums. Stevie needs help with following directions, when it's something he does not want to do. He also needs help learning to self sooth at nap time. The caregiver would be patient, understanding, light-hearted, and kind. The caregiver would be firm and consistent but also let our son know she cared. You can park in front of the house. We have 1 large Great Pyrenees/German Shepherd mix. She is very sweet and usually very calm, unless a package comes then she barks. She would want to just lay in whatever room you and our son were in.
