Me and my wife have nights that our work schedules make us work overnight. We have a 12-year-old child that currently stays with his grandparents while we work but that is not an ideal situation. We just need someone who can make sure he gets to bed around 10pm, stay till about 11 p.m. to ensure he is asleep then they can go home. The days that we need him way he'd will vary each week and sometimes not be needed at all
