Full Time Nanny / Mother's Helper

Hello! We are looking for a loving and responsible nanny / mother's helper for our 15 months old twin boys to start in February. Details below! * Start date: January or February 2025 * Location is in Franklin * Around 9:30am-5 p.m. Monday - Thursday and a half day on Fridays. Specific hours to be discussed/slightly negotiable * Opportunity to eventually pick up additional hours on the weekends for date nights * Must love dogs! We have a 7 pound mini Yorkie who is extremely gentle and loving * I work from home full time and will be interacting / involved with babies throughout the day as schedule allows. I'm also breastfeeding so I'll continue to feed the babies as needed throughout the day. Must be comfortable with this dynamic. *Dad also works from home full time but goes to a coffee shop occasionally Job Responsibilities: * Engage babies in age-appropriate activities, arts and crafts, and play at home * Join mom for any mommy and me events or play dates *Outings to nearby locations such as the library, playground, etc both with mom and alone * Prepare lunch for the boys daily * Put babies to nap following sleep cues (PLEASE NOTE: our boys are not sleep trained and will require comfort and assistance with putting to sleep) * Ensure babies' safety at all times * Light housekeeping related to the babies' activities, nursery and playroom * Laundry for babies * Let dog out throughout the day as needed Experience and Requirements: * Previous experience in childcare or related field required * Experience with multiples (twins, triplets, etc) a huge plus! * Reliable transportation and clean driving record * Punctual * CPR and First Aid certification is a plus * Must be able to provide references upon request * Must be a non-smoker and live in non-smoking household Our boys: * They are super happy and active toddler boys! They love to be outside and therefore need an active and engaged nanny to play alongside them. This is not a sit and watch position, we want someone who takes pride in their work and genuinely loves to spend time with young kids.
