Nanny/House Manager - Mornings & Afternoons

We are looking for a house manager. We have 4 kids (2 girls - 14 & 10, and 2 boys - 11 & 9). The boys live with us fulltime, and will need the most support. The primary focus will be our 11-year-old son, who has autism. He is sweet, kind, and mostly likes to do his own thing, but needs more supervision and help. Reliable transportation is required, as we need someone to help bring the kids to and from school and activities. A few days a week, we'll need help in the early mornings, bringing a couple of the kids to school and helping the others get on the bus. We will also need help in the afternoons with pickups from school and meeting the school bus kids at home. Other basic job duties include: light housekeeping, helping with homework, & prepping dinner. Most of all we want someone who is KIND and RELIABLE. The hours will vary, but expect approx. 15 hours/week. Our schedule can be set 6-8 weeks in advance. We would also really appreciate someone who is open to working some weekend nights for date-nights. References will be required.
