Looking For A Nanny With Proactive Organizational Skills

Hi! My wife and I have 2 kids under 3 and a third on the way, we're looking for someone to come in and help with a bit of childcare while my wife runs errands/goes to the gym/etc., We also need a personal assistant who can help us with running errands, returning packages, maybe some light tidying. We have some spaces that need organization, it would be great if you have experience with that and can proactively tackle things that are piling up. Would really love to find someone who doesn't need too much direction or feedback, but who can think critically about what needs to get done and execute on that. Let me know if this sounds like something you'd be interested in! I put mid-day hours in but we're flexible and they may change as we go. It'd be great if we had someone to cover a date night here and there too. Thank you!
